ONLY 2 MORE DAYS!!!

We are so excited that Monday has already come and gone. That means only two more days till "daddy day". We get to go and pick him up on Thursday at 4:00 am. YIPEE!!!!!!!!

Today we went christmas shopping. It was an adventure. I tried to do the boys shopping without them seeing what i bought them. For the most part i got away with out them seeing but every once in a while damon would ask "mommy are you buying that for me?" So hopefully they dont have very good memories and are suprised on christmas.

We were watching Air Bud on animal planet tonight. Animal Planet is Damons favorite channel in the whole world. He wants to be a crocodile hunter when he grows up.

Saturday 12-15

Today was a typical saturday. We woke up and did some chores around the house. The boys wanted to be included so I gave them two rags and a bottle of windex and put them to work in the kitchen. (they actually did a good job)

We got all of our laundry done and went grocery shopping.

ONLY 4 DAYS UNTIL WE GO GET VICTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friday December 14th

Only five more days until we can go bring Victor home for Christmas break!!!!!!! Yipee!!!!
Today Victor took another test and he scored 98% He is such an amazingly brilliant person. I am so proud of him.
Tonight Me and the boys went to our ward christmas party. It was fun. The boys loved it because they had some high school choir come and sing x-mas songs for us and they loved the part where they got to clap after every song. It was so cute. We had to leave a little early because Damon and Skyler started to beat up some poor little kid. (some things will never change) My children are bullies!!!

Victors Test!!!

Today Victor had to take a test on the material they have been studying for the past week. The test was on Six chapters and has said to be the hardest test of the whole EMT course. Victor is one of the few in his company who has taken study time seriously. He has made hundreds of flash cards, reviewed them over and over and today he scored a 95% on his test. HURRAY!!! He was one of five people who scored so high. The average class score was 82%, so he scored well over average.
And yes i am bragging!! I am such a proud and excited wife.
He only gets to call me at night and he took the test first thing this morning. I have been so anxious for his phone call to hear his score. When he told me I screamed! I am so very proud of him!!!

Today we went to Ingram Park mall to see Santa. We did pretty well until the very end when Skyler started crying.

Trip to the Dentist Dec 11. 07

Yesterday I took Damon and Skyler to their very first Dentist appointments. I was so worried it was going to be a total disaster. At home in order to get Damons teeth cleaned i literally have to strattle him, pin his arms to the floor and hold is head still. So i was pretty nevous for this visit. When we arrived the atmosphere of the office was so awesome. It made both the boys very comfortable. And completely to my suprise they were both so good. They let the doctor complete her exam . And she said that they both had very clean teeth, no cavities. She did say that Skyler for sure will have to have braces when he is older. All of his baby teeth are already way over crowded and overlapping each other.

So we survived. HURRAY!!!!!!!

Boys and their Toys

On Tuesday skyler received twenty dollars in the mail for his birthday. So I took them to Walmart and split the money in half (to avoid a fight) let them each pick out one toy that they wanted and let them hold the money and pay for their toys. They both thought it was the coolest thing they had ever done. They felt so big!

Passing time in Texas

We have found it to be very lonely here in Texas. We miss all of our family back home. We don't know anyone here and we hardly ever get to see victor. So we have started to get creative with our time. We make cookies and play dough and visit all the parks.

Skylers Birthday

On Skylers birthday, Damon and I took him to Peter Pipers Pizza. They had so much fun. We ate pizza, played tonz of games, won a ton of prizes. Then Damon and I sang Happy Birthday to him. We had a lot of fun.

Thanksgiving

It was so nice to be able to spend Thanksgiving with Victor. He flew into utah that morning. We spent the day with family, and said our goodbyes and we headed out to Texas the next morning.

Victors Basic Training Graduation in Georgia

We had such a good time in Georgia. It was such an amazing moment when we were back together again as a family. Watching Victor Graduate was one of the proudest moments.
