Last night I went to Walmart and found these little wooden cars for .88 cents. So i bought a couple along with some paint. The boys had fun painting them , they are more excited for when the completely dry. It was just a little project for us, we get so bored around here so it was good.

Pioneer Breakfast

The bishopric made the whole ward breakfast. Then the primary got up and sang, "The pioneer sang as they Walked" (damon and sky are wearing the red and grey flag shirts)

Damon made sure he held Sky's hand everywhere so he didn't lose him

They played pioneer games like, Duck, Duck Goose and Red Rover, and Buffalo Chip Throw. They also had handcart rides.

Then they had this game called the Stick Pull. It was supposed to be for the kids but all they guys thought they would turn it into a competitve thing between themselves. Victor (on the left) kept winning so they called him the champion.

Tonight at dinner skyler was eating like a T-Rex. He was eating so much (which is so unlike him, he likes to snack all day, then when a meal comes around he wastes the entire thing) He had taken his hsirt off because he spilled water on it, so with every bite he took we saw his tummy get bigger and bigger and bigger. It was so funny.

Family Night

For family night we took the boys to Jumpin Party Zone, where they had an absolute blast. Then we went to dinner. When we got home we let the boys pick out a movie and we had a little movie night.

Family Night

Sleep over with Dad

The boys love the weekends. It means more quality time with their daddy. Tonight they popped pop-corn, put in King Kong and had a movie night. Then they are going to pu the futon down and sleep together in the living room. Damon and Sky were pretty excited for their one on one night with dad.

King Kong was fighting T-Rex so damon was cheering him on, he really got into it. He sounded like a grown man cheering his favorite football team on. It was pretty funny

Depending on the mood that damon and sky are in i will either have them take a nap or take a rest. A rest meaning, laying down and watching a movie. Well today I went to check on them during their rest and they were reading books like such good boys. It was so sweet.

Summer is Georgia's rainy season. And oh boy, does it rain. Its big ol' fat rain. The boys love to play in it because it is so hot here. It really cools them down.

Fourth of July Weekend!

On thursday night the Autry family drove down to our house and stayed the weekend with us. On friday we went to a little carnival down town. It was so hot. We played for a few hours then we went home to put the kids down for a good nap before returning back for the fireworks. On saturday we spent the day at the lake. We had a blast. All three of the kids just loved being with each other all weekend. We had a lot of fun with John, Jen and Celia!
